| E-Learning FAQ |

Does my training count toward the Federal Aviation Administrations AMT Awards Program? Yes. Training hours will vary depending on the course. How do you maintain our progress through the training course? AMTI has developed an E-Learning system that monitors your quiz and chapter test scores. The system does not allow you to proceed to the next section until you have achieved a passing score for the current one. The system also tracks your training hours and course completion in a training folder available on-line to the registered student. If I need help, how can get it? AMTI has on-line instructors. You can post questions or problems you may be experiencing. In addition, instructors will be able to assist you via telephone during normal business hours. How are your courses structured? AMTI has structured its training courses in the ATA 100 format so that the student can become familiar with the universally accepted layout of current maintenance manuals. Does AMTI plan on expanding its training courses into piston and turbo prop aircraft? Yes. AMTI is developing additional courses both turboprop and piston aircraft. If you look at our course catalog you can see the aircraft we are currently developing. However, the future depends upon you. Contact us with ideas for courses you would like to see if they aren’t already on the list. Are your courses designed for aircraft technicians or certified repair stations (145)? All of them. Our courses are designed to benefit the single aircraft maintenance professional, corporate flight departments and certified repair stations. What are the advantages of using AMTI versus standard training providers? AMTI’s on-line E-Learning courses allow self-paced training. This means a considerable cost savings for the employer since there are no travel expenses (lodging, meals, airfare, etc.) and no lost productivity on the shop floor. For the technician this means training when convenient. It is a winning combination for both. |

Mike Klasing has saved me plenty of time and money over the last 10
years. In the mid 1990’s I started with a Cessna Citation and after
several years moved to a 1124A Westwind II. Currently I have a
Gulfstream 100. Mike has seen me through all of these transitions. He
continues to efficiently manage my maintenance by overseeing not only
the work scope but also approving discrepancies. I have every
confidence in his knowledge and experience. Therefore, having Mike
handle important maintenance decisions relieves me of the burden,
allowing me more time to manage my flight department. I highly
recommend Mike’s maintenance management expertise to all private and
corporate operators who don’t have a maintenance department.
