The website owner will use commercially reasonable efforts to direct inquiring and complaining Customers to utilize the customer support services offered by Client in order to resolve all disputes and complaints.
Retail Refund Policy: There is a 20% restocking fee on returned stock items only. The items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and must be in re-sellable condition. Customer must provide reasonable basis for returning the item(s), and website owner reserves the right to determine the validity of such reasoning. Customer is responsible for return shipping to seller. Customer's name as it appears on credit card, address, phone number and credit card numbers and expiration used for purchase as well as copy of the invoice must accompany the returned goods. Upon receipt of goods, a credit will be issued via check for the purchase of the original merchandise. Download Refund Policy: To obtain a refund on a product that was delivered to you by online download, you must adhere to the following guidelines: All returns for downloaded items/services must be pre-authorized by the website owner as described below. Your right to obtain a refund for downloaded software/services lasts only for a limited time. Your request for a Return/Refund must be made within 30 days of the date the software was available to you for download (the "Purchase Date"), and website owner must receive, at its offices, your fully completed and signed Affidavit of Software Destruction within 35 days of the Purchase Date. No refund will be made until the Affidavit has been received, or if the time requirements described above are not met. Website owner is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays. Products not purchased directly from website owner must be returned to the place of purchase (Web store, etc.) and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase. If the manual and/or CD for the software were purchased in the form of a Download Kit at time of the download software purchase, its return will be required (and a refund given) as a part of this return process. To receive a refund for downloaded software purchases, you must obtain an Affidavit of Software Destruction (described below), and complete and return the Affidavit along with the manual and CD if the Download Kit was purchased. No credit will be issued for incomplete returns. You must also destroy all copies of the software/download you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. Once you have returned the Affidavit of Software Destruction (and the Download Kit, if applicable), all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. You must provide sufficient information for the website owner to be able to identify your transaction, such as the order number and/or invoice number and/or date of transaction given to you when the download was ordered. If the website owner is able to identify your order, you will be given a copy of the Affidavit of Software Destruction ready for completion and return to website owner. When making your request for a refund/return, please provide website owner with your e-mail address if you can receive and print a document in Adobe Acrobat® (or ".pdf") format. If you are not able to receive the form by e-mail in a .pdf format, you must also provide the website owner with a fax number or mailing address to receive the form. Remember, no matter how you choose to receive and/or return the form, you are still responsible for meeting the limited time rule discussed above. You must fill out any missing information on the Affidavit of Software Destruction, sign and date the Affidavit, and return it to the website owner as instructed on the form. When the website owner receives your properly completed and signed Affidavit of Software Destruction (and Download Kit, if applicable) within the timeframe discussed above, the website owner will provide a refund to you of the amount you paid for the software plus refund any appropriate taxes charged with that order. The website owner will not refund any shipping or handling charges that may have been charged to you. Refunds will be made by check, so please be sure we have your mailing address. |
