As an owner of a Cessna Citation III (650), I am concerned about the rising costs of maintenance. Without a background in aviation maintenance, I am at the mercy of my repair facility to ensure everything necessary was accomplished and that the work was done correctly. In addition to those concerns, I had to review and approve the maintenance bills without understanding fully the scope of work performed and whether or not I was being charged fairly.
