If you are a veteran, let us know when you sign up for the program so
we can start the paperwork for you. AMTI does not handle any VA funds,
but we want to make sure you are reimbursed as quickly as possible.

AMTI has U.S. Military veterans on staff and we speak your language.
If you have recently separated, retired, or are currently on active or
active reserve status, then you probably qualify for 100% reimbursement
of all test fees related to licensing. Although you have to put the
money up front, the VA will reimburse the costs of your three knowledge
tests and the cost of your oral & practical test, up to a limit of
$2,000!
If you are coming to us from out of town, there are several nearby
suite hotels that offer military discounts. With Simulation Command
(SIMCOM) located just a few miles from AMTI’s facility, local hotels
are accustomed to serving military personnel. A short 25-minute drive
away is the Armed Forces Recreation Center (AFRC) “Shades of Green
Resort” [ www.shadesofgreen.org ] located in the heart of Walt Disney
World. It is a full-amenity resort R & R Center where your family
can enjoy the local theme parks while you are earning your license.
Remember, unreimbursed career/professional educational expenses are tax
deductable.
